The perfect destination for a short, one day trip for Vilnius is definitely Trakai. This small town is famous for its picturesque houses and views (there is also a lake!). It is also famous for two other reasons. First of all, In the middle of the town is a beautiful castle, the famous tourist destination. You will definitely like it! Trakai is also famous for the culture and tradition. The culture is known as Karim culture. It is a culture of ethnic group that has arrived and settled there in the 14th century.
